(A much belated thanks!) Well, my sweet pookie-bear is in brumation or as close to it as he can get without it being full brumation. He's been out of it for about six weeks or so. Some days he'll wake up and move to bask under his heat lamp, others he'll just spend all day in his hammock...

These are all so cute! I admit I'm too lazy to put anything on the inside of his cage because I don't like having to clean it lots of little things, but I'll have to put something on the outside now. Maybe just some red bows. I did get a Christmas pic of him though!

Just a quick update to say he's had his first dose of panacur and the second is on Saturday. He's eating sporadically but he seems to eat well when he does. I'm giving him plenty of water, electrolytes and Bene-Bac. And I don't think I showed the photos of his new swag here.

Just wanted to report back - Iroh has some roundworms so I'll be doing a round of panacur. Otherwise he is good. He's eating about every other day now, small amounts of bugs, but at least he's eating something!

First the good news - he ate tonight! About 20 crickets. So it took three poops in a row with no food intake to get that big batch of crickets out of his belly. I will not be letting him eat that many at one time again. I have a suspicion now that I brought this on myself (and him) by letting...
