We do not keep any of them together. We have all of the lights mentioned. We are currently looking for a bigger house for him. Right now we have a 4' x 2' x 2'.
I'm will post a couple of pics next
I have noticed that Akri isn't eating as much as usual but he/she still is eating. I also can't say that he/she is lethargic but the activity isn't as enthusiastic as usual as well. No weight loss however, I have yet to see any poop for a couple of days where normally it has been at least once a...
I have been reading some of the other "Breathing" topics and I understand the "gaping" that they do but the thing is with Akri is that it is more pronounced and frequent today and yesterday and it is whether he/she is in the cage or not?? I am worried to death...I hope this pic might help if it...
I have three frilled dragons. My second oldest dragon has been acting as if he/she is having trouble breathing (I think) because Akri has been opening his/her mouth open a lot as if to take in air. I know they do that in their cage at times but Akri is doing this out of the cage and had it's...
Does anybody out there know when you determine that a juvenile FND becomes an adult?
I have three Frillies and one for sure is just a baby but the other two we have had since a baby but that was 18mos and one is a year.
Also the one that is 18mos. is smaller than the one that is a year and has...
Well I am going to guess that nobody has encountered this kind of behavior. I have read some of the others that have bath tub issues but there doesn't seem to be one like ours...just curious.
Hmm. I have two other frillies that seem to bite at times on hair but not like this baby you see here. I guess my main concern is how at times she bites at herself? But thanks for the info.
My oldest FND has displayed an act in the bathtub lately which at first scared me and the wife. He will splash around a couple of minutes... poop (like they all seem to)... Then he plays dead??? Anybody else seen this behavior? Should we be concerned?
Well hello, hey I have three frilly's. I just posted a question on the general discussion side of this site cuz I didn't realize there was an area for FND's.
I will say that I have learned quite a lot from this site.
I have a baby FND and just lately she (or he), has been biting at my hair and her hands or tail? Is this strange behavior and/or is it a sign it is lacking something in her diet? Or is she just hungry?
I am new to this site. I did post a few questions on the "other reptiles" topic. I was having a hard time finding information about my FND's and found that there are a lot of very informative individuals on this site that helped me out a lot, even though it is a Beardie site. At any rate thanks...
We have three FND's and they seem to like to sleep next to the wife as I work the night shift. My wife was worried about their warmth and hats a pad up, places it under a blanket, lays them on the warm blanket and they will fall asleep. An hour or so she (my wife) will wake up to put them in...
