I was recently at a reptile breeders expo and they had "false" uro's. These guys had shorter tails and were super friendly. Does anyone know anything about these? I was thinking of getting one.

Thank you for the info on the MVB light..I will keep the one I have then. Well, today I gave him a bath and massaged his tummy a bit. Then I gave him a superworm with some olive oil on it...and sure enough less than 10 minutes later he poo'd! A really gross one :puke: but it looked healthy...

I am using a digital probe, and it is roughly 7-10 inches away..I am not at home right now so I cant accurately measure it. It is a solarglo MVB bulb from Exo-Terra. It is the 125 watt one, which wasnt hot enough so I actually put another bulb beside i to up the heat a little (just a normal...

The only thing that didnt seem to be digesting well was red peppers...he had little chunks of red. Since then I have been giving him less peppers and he seems to be doing ok. Usually it is every other day, however sometimes it is every 3rd or 4th day.He still chases his crickets and eats well...

The temp in his cage is still correct, and nothing has changed that I have noticed. However, lately Etch has been going inside of his shelter a lot. He never used to go in there at all. He is 7 months old now...could this be a sign of anything being wrong?

Like Peera said, don't put a bunch of crickets in his tank with him... For my crickets I have a cricket feeder. I put them in there, and there are these black tubes that they go in to hide. You pull out a tube, then you can put your calcium or vitamin powder into the tube and shake it up...then...

I am going to try Etch on superworms for the first time! Petland has all different sizes, so I am going to buy some small ones for him to try... I have some questions 1. Can I use it as a staple (he is roughly 16 inches) No more crickets??? 2. How do I keep them? Do they chew through...

Well only one place here sells PW and they are not always available, and they are expensive. Only one place sells silks too (a completely different place) and they are VERY expensive :P Petland has all different sizes of superworms though so I think I am going to pick up some small ones today...

Etch is about 16 inches long, and is about 7 months old. Can I feed him superworms yet? So sick of crickets! Also, I picked up a few butter worms. How many can he have at a time, and how often?
