    D3 vs UV claims

Apologies to all for my original post's description of the location/source of my quoted question, which is actually from Beautiful Dragon's diet page. However, that page is strongly recommended by your website's page: Bearded Dragons - Care Sheet | General Care | Bearded Dragon .org Thank you...

    D3 vs UV claims

This website states, "Research suggests that Beardies may not utilize much or any of the D3 they ingest (as given in a vitamin supplement), only that made by the UVB-skin interaction." My question is this: Where can I read this research?

Calcium Citrate with D3 - has this been evaluated for Bearded Dragons or other reptiles?

Friend MS UCDavis in animal behavior research just suggested the following query for my questions: https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5&q=reptile+diets+veterinarian+guide&btnG= It follows that https://scholar.google.com/scholar can lead anyone to credible scientific data.

Calcium Citrate with D3 - has this been evaluated for Bearded Dragons or other reptiles?

After evaluating this information, I now post a more specific question: What are the names of scientific journals which publish articles on reptile dietary research, and can those journals be searched on-line? Thank you.

Calcium Citrate with D3 - has this been evaluated for Bearded Dragons or other reptiles?

Yet, my understanding is that CaCit is much more bioavailable than CaCO3. That's why I was asking if anyone knows of a published scientific article on this type of (CaCit+D3) product for reptiles.
