I feed Little Foot crickets a 8:00am then leave a dish of veggies for the day I feed her crickets or worms again at 4:00pm when I get home you have to give them enough time to digest before their light goes out, so I wouldn't feed him to late depending on when your light goes out

I have used them before when I have had to wait on my order of crickets and everything was just fine, the store clerk said that they get them from a cricket farm.

I'm not sure about your first question since I didn't go that route To answer your second question it's very easy to clean the tile (the poop comes off real easy if it happens to dry on it) the tiles are not heavy at least the one I have are not
