She just opened her mouth for a second and then puffed. Should I be worried? She does this after basking sometimes but could this be a sign of internal injury?

She went for a walk this morning and is very alert and active. She is breathing normally. I don’t know about her eating because she is currently in brumation and does not eat much. She is a 2 year old and I think that she is ok.
