It is likely gout, which I think there is very little they can do to my understanding. Both hind legs are affected, though one is worse than the other. Has anyone dealt with this?

I am really scared to cut my bearded dragon's toenails. They definitely seem too long. Is there something that I can put in the cage to grind her toenails down a bit? Or do I need to bite the bullet and cut them?

First of all, I have to say that I am not experienced with rescues. However, if he has stress marks now,then it might be good to make changes and see if the stress marks improve.

It is so wonderful that he is getting the care that he needs now. I hope he continues to do well. He looks like he will be really pretty when he recovers and puts some weight on.
