I have a 10.0 reptisun t5 uvb bulb and I had it in a zoo med hood but I really don’t like this good and it’s expensive. I only had it a couple months and it broke and I think it took the bulb out with it. Was wondering if there’s a different hood, maybe just any old hood that the bulb would fit...
A question I’ve been asking people because I hear yes and no for is, I have a t5 10.0 uvb bulb running about 2/3 of my 40 gallon breeder tank but I just put a exxo terra solar glo mercury vapor bulb that is for heat and uvb I just put it over his basking spot today so that he is getting uvb from...
You could just buy some reptisafw for the water or buy a hi jug of distilled water. You need to have that basking bulb for heat going and you’re t8 uvb bulb going together, upgrade that uvb bulb though for sure.
And again, everyone talking about this bulbs, writing reviews said you have to have a uvb bulb along with the mercury vapor bulb because the mercury vapor bulb only radiates uvb in the spot they are basking, so you should have a uvb bulb running along the tank as well? With this mercury vapor...
This is how it is right now, I had it downward for a while but either way, whether it’s downward or outward he still walks on his wrist not his hands. And his legs and arms just seem kinda weakish, I don’t know. I dust appropriately and he eats well.
I have a ho t5 10.0 uvb bulb reptisun in my 40 gal breeder and I dust my beardies food but I think he’s been needing more uvb based on some symptoms, so I ordered an exxo terra sunglo mercury vapor bulb 125 watt and the reviews were really good, the reviews for this bulb were better than the...
Yeah their numbers seem to be going down each day, I cleaned out the bins too, so that helps. Creepy and yucky though I will say! I got one of those little miniature dehumidifiers that sits down near my big bins. Thanks! Glad I could help haha
I ordered some roaches online and two days later out of nowhere when I was feeding my dragon I notice it looks like dust all over the walls of the bin but if you look closer they’re little tiny microscopic bugs crawling around, does anyone know what these may be, are they harmful? Eek!
Yeah it looks to have turned gray now, so I do believe you’re all correct about it being a shed. It was just odd how it was that one part on his snout and again the coloring and raised skin scared me a little bit especially since it’s a humid summer here.
It never looks that way when he is beginning to shed, so that’s what nerves me. Usually
It turns white or gray but think has a pink/pale orange tint and the dark scales, so I was worried that it was something!
Thank you!
