Not a glass top, it was kind of like a window screen. That one has been replaced to one that is all wire with bigger openings because the original one fell in the viv. There is no chance of the new one falling in.

Update: After getting a poop sample (he pooped on my ON my birthday, such a nice present) I ran it to the vet. They gave us meds for coccidia and gaurdia. Gave him those as directed. He is doing MUCH better, chasing food a bit, eating more, doesn't look like he's dying all the time. How ever...

From what I read, 95 is about the right temp for an adult. Babies require higher temps, but the adults are lower. As far as the bath, my big guy doesn't seem to enjoy them much either. I find that if my hand is in there with him, he doesn't freak out and he tolerates them. Shallow water also...

Have you had a fecal done? Even if everything looks right on the outside with them, I would check to see if everything is right inside. I would do it just to rule it out if you haven't.
