I have a dubia Roach colony and some of them have these weird white bead looking things sticking out of their butt. I’ve googled everything and cannot figure out what it is. Help 😵‍💫

My beardies head looks weird, like super dry? But then by his nose it’s a lighter color, like it’s about to shed maybe. Is it something I should be concerned about? I mist him a few times a day, give him a bath once a week, and the other night I put olive oil on it when it was his bedtime.
