It feels hard and like it comes from within his body but of course i dont wanna be poking my finger inside of him and hurting him but it looks like it comes from within why it worries me is because he does not have it on the other side and it pops out like an abnormality

i dont think it might be a rib cage he is well fed and even on a full tummy when he is sleeping the bump is popping out of his body
