Well some bearded dragons don't enjoy greens so as long if she still gets all the nutrition she needs she will be fine I recommend a mix of pellets and also offer live crickets and mealworms three times a day you can also if you really want to you can cut the greens up really small and mix them...
If his eyes and movement are okay then I would say he isn't in any pain but the feceses thing is still an issue I would go and see a vet do you have any photos of him ?

Well your beardie sees you as a care and safety figure so it probably gets worried when you are thair to care and play with it so he can get worried and upset. Who looks after him when you are not Thair whoever it is make sure they are taking proper care of him hope this helps
