Every person I've helped tonight has the same problem! You all need to get the T5 long light it should go halfway down the tank. That's what's wrong

Stop force feeding him just get a dropper and drop it over his mouth. Force feeding is the last thing you should do because he could be impacted with poop.

The T5 light us the only one that will go through screen so the T8 light cannot have anything between the light and the dragon.

I think you could have a light problem. The basking after they eat is how they digest the food of its not right they won't digest properly and problems begin. Getting him in the warm tub to soak and start with a little bit of pumpkin with some warm water to warm it up to thin it a bit.

Don't give anymore bugs till you see him go number 2. Get an eye dropper, baby food 1st stage pumpkin, sweet potatoes, prunes, and grab a tiny jar of chicken just in case so you don't have to go back. I would also grab some pedialyte clear plain.

Sounds like he could be impacted and need to poop.

Do you have a cover in between the light and the dragon?

You can grab a couple little jars of the turkey or chicken plain just in case. That way he can still get the protein if he still doesn't want to eat come a few more days.

He could be in pain or discomfort. Could he have fallen off anything?

The other thing is has he gone number two? If Impaction occurs it could cause that. Do you soak him in the tub regularly? Is he getting enough fluids? What does he have for floor covering? I always keep baby food in the house for my beardies and clear regular pediltye for babies. That way when...

What do you have on top of his cage? Are your lights under it or over it? The T5 is the only one that can be put on top of the screen. T8 UVB won't pass through. It sounds like he's not getting what he needs. Do you buy the other vitamins for him besides Calcium and D3?

Do you have the light under his top screen or whatever covers tank? Only the T5 can be sat on top he's probably not getting enough UVB

One more quick thing in the beginning I used something to wrap around the glass so they didn't keep seeing themselves and thinking another beardie. I used what you would put in fish tank but just add a towel for now if you can see if that helps

Was just reading your post and it sounds to like he's just stressed due to new home. I would handle him often he may just want out. One of my beardies never drank out of a water bowl and I had to do other things as she didn't like getting mist either. I do extra baths and I offer her baby food...
