Can a beardie in a tank get too much calcium? I have a Sunblaster T5 in the tank. Wondering if d3 or without d3 is best and if he needs it on every meal (crickets and greens)

We have a shallow water dish in the cool side of the tank. We gave him a bath on Wed in lukewarm water and while he was in it he drank several times. We also use a spray bottle misting him once a day. How can we tell if he's not hydrated properly? I guess I mean what do you see? The crickets...

Thanks! I am not going to chance it and try and maybe order some large quantities of crickets. A person like me (social worker) could seriously go broke buying crickets by the dozen from a pet store..... :D
