I would get the T5, as it is better for them. I am currently waiting for mine to arrive, but I did end up getting the fixture that is meant for it. Good luck with your bearded dragon :D

He might be dehydrated. I've heard that lethargic behavior can be linked with dehydration. My new bearded dragon (6 year old rescue and adorable) wouldn't drink from the bath either, so I got his water bowl out and tapped the water repeatedly. He then saw the water moving, and went for it! :D...
