    Abnormal behavior after move

Hi! I thought I would give an update- Unfortunately, Andre's behavior hasn't stopped since I've moved. For a while, it seemed like he was chilling out, but then after a few days of calm it started up in full swing again. He is still glass surfing every day, and I'm not sure how to help him...

    Abnormal behavior after move

Ok, thank you so much for getting back to me! His behavior has already started to subside a little bit. It seems like each day, the time spent glass surfing is a little less and the time spent hanging out and basking is a little more. Hopefully, soon he will be back to normal! Thanks again!

    Abnormal behavior after move

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone had any insight to Andre's behavior. On Monday, I moved into a new apartment, and since then, he has been going NUTS! He wakes up and glass surfs almost all day. He's not super interested in eating (he'll eat a few bites of salad and thats about it), and...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Nope, the bumps are still there. I did talk to 2 separate exotic vets about them, just because another one did his follow-up exam about a week ago just to make sure everything was still looking good. Both vets said they're most likely just fat pads, especially since they're bilateral! He also...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Hello! I realized I never gave an update. After the two weeks of waiting with the news that Andre could have leukemia while I was giving him antibiotics, I finally got his blood drawn! His white count went down, and apparently everything went back to normal. I'm a little frustrated with the...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Hello! I feel like I'm mostly talking to myself at this point, but I want to make sure there's a diary of events of things occurring just in case someone else ever has a similar problem. I have been giving Andre doses of Baytril for about a week now, and he's getting better about being fed...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Hello! Ok, so I have taken Andre to another vet just to get a second opinion, and she took a blood test just to make sure everything was accurate since the first blood sample was old when it was tested. She called me today and told me that his blood sample came out almost completely different...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Thanks for responding, Tracie! I asked for a copy of the blood results, and I have included them below: I'm concerned about the remarks on the blood test. The courier somehow missed Andre's sample when it was ordered to be taken over, so the blood was a day old when it was tested and showed...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Hello! I finally got the blood results back, so I thought I would go ahead and update you. The vet said that everything involving his kidneys seemed actually pretty normal, but that his liver enzymes seemed slightly high and that his white blood cells looked like they were fighting some sort of...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

I've been taking him out every day since it's nice and warm here! I thought he could use some time outside the tank that wasn't just in my house. I'm glad his bones look alright too. An update: Andre took a bath today and pooped, but it was the tiniest poop I've ever seen in my life. Almost...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

Hello! Thank you all for responding! I took Andre to the vet today, and he had an x-ray done. I took a picture of it shown below, and they told me they would email the full resolution picture sometime this afternoon. The vet told me that he didn't think he saw anything too out of the...

Long lump on right side of stomach?

I don't think it's the ribcage... The lumps are solid continuous masses that are bigger than the ribs. I went ahead and edited my picture to show where they are: I decided to call the vet and make a follow-up appointment for tomorrow morning since this isn't a new problem & has been around for...
