Oh, I'm so sorry you lost him. You tried so hard to get him through this, I hope you can find comfort in that and knowing he isn't suffering any longer. What a sweet little dragon.

Our Diamond is almost 8 years old, and other than mouth rot we haven't dealt with too many illnesses. So I don't have much experience to offer. Sorry to hear your dragon is sick. I hope someone else can offer you advice or you can take your dragon to a vet tomorrow if he is still acting that...

Our Diamond had a minor surgery for mouth rot (about $200). What was more expensive was the medications (another $200-300 for antibiotics, pain-killers, anti-bacterial rinse and Benebac).

Our Diamond is on antibiotics for infection, and so I've been using towels in his cage. He definitely likes snuggling up in them and I was surprised too!
