My female Fred keeps going on hunger strike too !! It is so stressful. Somedays she will eat a few crickets, then others she will refuse everything. I even started a dubia colony for her because she loved them (haha), but now she won't touch them. After a few days of her not eating, I crack open...

I was getting a few roaches out of my feeder tub the other day, and this is what I found..... this first picture is with a freshly molted male dubia and his molt/skin (whatever you want to call it) next to him... I thought he was so pretty in this fresh white color....

Yes....that is a lot of shedding....she will be most of the way through a shed when she will start again!! Weird. She starts at her head, then her body, then rear legs and tail, and last her front legs. The last 2 times, she was still shedding her back legs when her head would start...silly...

Thank you Zandi202 !! We enjoy her a lot. My hubby and lil man LOVE to watch her eat !! What guy doesn't? Her life started at Petco, then a uninformed home, then here in her palace. We are amazed at how much she has grown and recovered from her neglect ! She has shed 5 times since we got her 10...
