Quick update on iz, she has been signed off by the vet as the infection has gone and she back to normal. Unfortunately as the infection was in the bone she will always look like she’s got a pea stuffed down her lower lip!

That’s a massive weight loss, not sure if that goes with the egg theory? when they mentioned trying to lay eggs did they check if she was carrying? I know! My diary makes very strange reading too “big poo today yay!” I have to and my girl came from a breeder and she poo’s eats and sheds really well, my boy from pets at home is a nightmare. You poor things! I have an amazing reptile vet specialist in Guildford England. I don’t know where about you are uk if they would be an option for you? I found using repti boost with meds really helped mines systems. It’s got probiotics in it. Good luck x

My male beardie has gone 8 weeks between poo’s befor now. He much prefers to stay in the middle to cool side of his tank which stays about 80. He is very lazy but def not over weight. If he goes to long I have him running round the room for a bit. He hates baths too.

Great thank you, hypothetically if she was breed with another normal would I get about a 50 split on “reduced scale” and normal as you would if you breed a leather back to a normal ?

Ok I’ve had my beardie for 2 years now and decided it’s time to work out her morph as I recon her colours are pretty set now. Parent were orange citrus normal mum, and dad was red coral translucent. On of them had reduced scaling but not a leather back. Am I right in thinking she is a tangerine...
