    heres my main enclosure, 4'x3'x3' i also have a 2nd 40gallon breeder for my younger dragon.

    yeah i would recomend getting your dragon from a breeder as well. but with that asside i would also recomend that you hold off in getting your dragon until you are 100% prepared. its best to have the enclosure, with all of the lighting (uvb and heat lights) with the items in side the enclosure...

    i would recomend a CHE (ceramic heat emiter) instead, dragons enjoy there heat from above much more than from below. and CHE are much safer because there is no way your dragon come in contact with it. with a heat mat if it ever malfuctions, since its right under him it could seriously burn...
