    Bearded dragon died suddenly

This is often a sign of severe dehydration. How often were you bathing him? They sometimes lose their appetites when they are dehydrated, as well.

    2 inch tail came off

If the dark part keeps spreading, you need to take him to a vet that is willing to do the amputation. If it is tail rot, and it spreads all the way up his tail, there's a good chance that it will be fatal as the infection begins to affect his core organs.

Regrowing a nail? It was bitten off completely though

If just the nail was nipped off, then yes, they can regrow.

    Scarlette not digesting?

This is very common with Phoenix worms. She is eating them so fast she isn't chewing them. Try offering them just a couple at a time until she is full (I know, this can take a little while, but it will slow her down). You can also use a pin to poke holes in the worms so that the digestive...

    Adult Dubia Dying Off?

Hi all, I have a fairly large (~5,000) strong dubia colony. This past weekend I cleaned the "feeder" bin, and moved them to a new, larger bin since there are now so many of them. Since that time, I have had a serious die-off problem, but only adults, and most of them seem to be recently...

How often do Juvenile Beardies drink?

Yea, some dragons do drink. Bathing isn't about drinking though. It's about absorbing water, so they are still very valuable. If your dragon drinks, it is fine to have a water bowl as long as humidity stays under control :)

Beardie ate a little tiny fuzz ball?

He should be able to pass that okay. Just keep an eye out for signs of distress (extreme lethargy, black beard, struggling to poop). But he should be okay with that small of a fuzz ball.

Seriously worried about my Male Beardie

I'm sorry to hear that. :( Is it a long term cost issue, or a short term one? You could set up a large rubbermaid storage bin as a tank for a while, so long as you can provide the proper lights... Otherwise, see if you can find someone who is willing to take him in, maybe on the boards here in...

Seriously worried about my Male Beardie

You can't put them back together. It will just cause the problems to start again. Beardie cohabitation isn't a good idea, period.

Seriously worried about my Male Beardie

He may be on top, but he is clearly the one being dominated in some way - being smaller and skinnier and lack of appetite are all signs of domination. You should remove the waterbowl anyways - it just raises humidity. They both need baths 2-3 times a week, since most dragons don't drink...

Seriously worried about my Male Beardie

Most likely, he is being dominated by the female. See the way they sit on each other? Although it may look cute, that is actually an aggressive, dominating display. He is stressed and bullied by the female, most likely, and you would very likely see a major improvement in his health if you...

HELP, think back is broken on my poor beardie

No, it's behind the wall of your mailbox.

HELP, think back is broken on my poor beardie

You need to upload your photos and the video to photobucket to post them here. Then just post the link between the url tags, or between the IMG tags. Glad you took out the sand - don't bother ever putting it back in. It's actually a really unsafe and unhealthy substrate. Other than offering...

    Wound on Tail, help

Yes, soak it in diluted betadine (povidone iodine). Mix it with water until it looks like weak tea, then soak the wound a couple times a day for 15 minutes or so. Then apply some regular old Neosporin (NOT the pain killing kind). I do need to ask - do you have any idea how he got the wound...

My George has got a leg problem!!

What exactly do you mean spraying with calcium water? You really need to dust his food with calcium powder, so that he really eats and absorbs the calcium.
