UPDATE!!!!! I Gave him a bath and the redness went, I think he must have stood in his food! Thank you for the messages but he's fine and I can't figure out how to delete the post lol

I noticed the other day the bottom pads of his feed are a red velvety colour and I domt know what it could be, could someone please help
