Yepp, I feed my gecko mealworms. Not the dragon; he has enough problems, I don't want to add impaction on top of them. Hm... But how did the aliens get under Africa's waterdish? Do two mealworms produce beetles...? o.O

@ zebraflavencs & CZ4A: I'm not feeding these things to anything. o.O They look like they'd tear apart my gecko in 2 seconds.

I kept picking them up with tweezers and making the girly noises. o.O I wouldn't touch them even if I was paid. XD They look too vicious. :puke:

I asked on deviantART and the one guy said that they are mealworm pupae. I just hope they don't hurt my gecko if there are more in there...

I just pulled out my gecko's water dish and found these under it: They are hard and look like they have legs. Anyone know what they are?? I'm afraid of them. They look like some mutant worm species...

Yepp, both. I think it might be from the bulb we had on there. Here's what the box for it says: Repti Basking Spot Lamp; Provides beneficial UVA Rays; 50w. I took that one off and put on a lighter one. The bulb says: Repti Glo 2.0; 14w. Are those bad ones?

My bearded dragon has a really bad eye infection. I've been putting saline and antihistamine eye drops on his eyes, but they aren't helping any. His eyes are glued shut. When I am able to get the stuff out of his eyes, he won't open them at all. I hold open his eyes and put drops it, but they...

I tried giving him some water and he REALLY didn't like that idea...

We're not giving him any medicines, though. Just eye drops... Is there a way to get a lot of water in him other than dropper? Or is that the safest way? My parents think that a chemical in the eye drops we were giving him before were burning his eyes, so we switched to the antihistamine. Is...

Also, he's been moving in circles a lot. I'm not sure if it's normal or if it's because he can't see or if we should be freaking out. So, is it normal?

So there's nothing else? :( What about making him go to the bathroom more? My mother is going to see if the vet can perscribe the same medicine again without taking Spike to the vet.

I don't feed her off the bark; I put a jar cap down and put her food in that so she doesn't eat the bark. I'm not sure of the temperatures & humidity, I don't have a thermometer. I've been feeding her mostly mealworms and crickets, but sometimes I give her a few waxworms. She has a log she hides...
