awesome was gonna put their one from their glass tank in it as I'm trying to make this new tank as cosy as possible while I'm here as well any idea where I could get a separator or some such for when I feed crickets as. I wanted to be able to close off an area for when I'm feeding live foods
It's going to be the same size as yours and has the bulb fittings and such included so can only take up to 100 watt heat bulbs and 24 inch T8 florescent bulbs the tank is. Being dropped off next week so I'm just trying to get a plan and such ready
So while I solved problems with my other cage a friend of my father in law is donating to us a cage like this in the picture https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0765/0499/products/pvc243624-black_large.jpg?v=1537839985 in that link my only problem is where or how would a heat Matt work in...
So we just had to fork out the money on another 120 gallon tank cause our landlords contractors cracked the glass on ours however we do need help getting the right temperatures with this new one as we are using a 150 watt basking bulb and a heat Matt but can't seem to get the temps over 80f...
They are both female and housed together but they are fed totally seperate with their own bowls and honestly they never clash with each other and since I'm home all. The time I cause I am a house husband so I keep a very close eye just they both have totally different feeding habits
So I have two beardies both of them have weird habits but the smaller one hates eating out of bowls I literally have to sit him in a plastic tub and let him chase down crickets where as the older one will happily eat anything moving in its food bowl any ideas what I can do to get the...
So my local reptile shop offered me a weird deal with my female beardie he offered to give me store credit so that he could breed some of his males with her should I accept ?
whilst I get the point of that would another solution be to get a darker coloured wall as these were an unexpected gift for my wife and the landlord as basically said we can only keep one enclosure hence why a large 120 gallon terrerium with a dark screen would be our only viable solution
So the wife and I have been introduced to the world of beardies quite uuh suddenly by her dad who thrust upon us two young beardies one appears to be older than the other o shall probably ask allot of questions on the coming days so I just wanted to say hello and thank you for putting up with me...
