I ended up using a Non Toxic pond sealant from bunnings, been trying to find it to no avail.

Well it looks the same, we moved and that has taken up all my time, pack, move, unpack, setup, ARGHHHHHHHH really do want to get stuck back into it but just no time ATM, will post once I started again, thanks.
