Thanks! Just wanted to make sure, especially since he hasn't shed in a while.

I'm worried about whether this is tail rot or just normal coloration. The last inch to inch and a half of his tail has always been darker. Only recently have I noticed that the color is starting to spread up much more. His name's Red and he's nearly a year old. https://imgur.com/sryjPKc (image)
