Talked with previous owners. They insist her tail is the way it is because it was broken a long time ago, they got her like that from outsmart, and that they took her to the vet for it. ???

Ok thank you. This is a lot of information. I knew she wasnt well, but i didnt think it was as bad as youre implying. Ill get some baby food tonight and expose her to as much natural light as i can until i can get the correct lamp (on Saturday).
