You wouldn't be able to rule out anything by looking at the stool without magnification and a trained eye for looking for parasites, :banghead:

That sounds like a terrible headache, hopefully my replacement bulb will not do as yours did.

I too originally purchased a Mega Ray back in 2008 and was extremely satisfied with its performance! I sent mega ray an email about an issue i had with a recent bulb burning out and VOILA i got a reply with an apology the very next day, and a replacement bulb is on the way! I call that great...

There is a minimum 4 inch from nose to tail rule, which is stupid. If you want to complain, look around for the hotline to call if there "are any animals you feel arent taken care of properly. Call Coprporate. Seriously. Complaining about it on the internet will not get anything done.

When my beardie (Fluffy) is sleeping, he is a BRIGHT beautiful yellow. (He is a Citrus Dragon) When he is awake he has the color of a cypress tree..(Brown) Why? Is he just having happy dreams of living in a cricket farm while sleeping ? :lol:

I run mine for 10-12 a day, id shorten it up a bit to mimic what the sun is doing.

Everyone should check out that fella's videos on youtube, very good info. Ever since i added more basking spots with different lights and improved my Fluorescent lighting, my beardies colors look amazing, and hes eating way more crickets.

You still need to get rid of that uvb bulb. It is a cheap bulb,prolonged exposure to it will harm your reptile. ReptiSUN or MegaRay brand bulbs are the only acceptable bulbs imo.
