This looks so great! I’m thinking of switching out the reptile carpet because it’s hard to spot clean. After only four days there’s a slight reptilian smell to the room our tank is in. Thinking maybe the carpet is contributing! Thanks for posting these pics!

Yes, I’m misting him daily. Gave him a bath just now and watched him drink water for the first time. A good amount of shedding was visibly floating in the water while he bathed. He loved it though - even pooped! He also ate a small bite of collard greens but was uninterested in crickets both...

OK. Boy, I wish this were easier to understand. I just need to know if I have a tank that is 36x18x18, and the basking is 3-4 inches from the top of the tank (I said 6-8inches in a prior post but I was wrong, it’s closer), will I be good leaving the Arcadia 12% with a good reflector hood...
