We are going to get her a bigger one once we finish moving so no worries there

I’ve had her for about 8 months and she doesn’t seem to be hurting I use a carpet flooring she is on the floor because of moving but usually she would be on a shelf

Please help me I’m scared for her I don’t know what it is or how to treat it
