Protein: Mealworms & 1/2" Crickets; Greens: Romaine lettuce, Baby carrots, Bell peppers, Parsley, Celery greens; Amount: Varies - typically 4-5 mealworms in the morning with a few ripped up pieces of lettuce with some sprinkled carrots or bell pepper, and ReptiCalcium dusting on the bowl. Depending on how much Kepler eats, I give him another meal of insects in the evening, but often there are still mealworms left in his bowl. I still offer more, but usually he's not interested.
