    it could well be that a spider got into tank and made a web to lay its egg sac. If it was just a one off occurence I wouldn't worry about it but make sure you remove it all you dont want a viv full of baby spiders.

    If its a recurring thing check your humidity levels. If its growing across the substrate and stuff it might be a mould. In that case you will need to strip the tank down, replace all the substrate, disinfect all the fixtures and get your humidity under control
