I still have the same problem I have now though that if the temp jumps 10 degrees in the room then so does every other temp so would have to manually move the dimmer and also a uth works best with my tank and set up

The temp taken from about 1inch off the floor is about 89 with lamp on and inside the egg crates is about 92-93 and that is after the probe has been there for like an hour or so.... enclosed is a picture of the amnt of water crystals i put in daily

So so right now I got my Dubia in tub in closet. The temp outside the closet in the room is 76. Inside the closet with just a heating pad on is only like 82... When I throw my "black" light on it raises the temp to about 93 or 94 but it is drying my water crystals out.... Any other suggestions...

So apparently the Oranges and Apples I've been feeding my roaches has attracted ants! Any suggestions to help with the ant removal? I know if i use ants traps they will prolly still run in there then that will kill off my roaches im assuming?

So your saying the 3 inch flexwatt would be enough to heat the tote and would be less expensive than using a 75 watt bulb on top of the heat pad?

Ahhhh around the sides yes I didn't think of that and when I touch the sides its slightly warmer than the outside air I will try the blanket method shortly and see if that helps also for 300 roaches is a 22 gal big enough?
