I'm wondering if he could possibly have a parasite? I noticed that one of the symptoms was strong smelling stool, and we had noticed this last week. It smelled up the whole room and you could smell it as soon as walking in the room.

I don't think so...the reason we bought that particular bark was because it was so large. Each piece is close to 3/4 - 1 inch in diameter. And he has pooped the last couple days, although a smaller amount since he is not eating much.
