I wouldn't worry too much about the poop if everything else is ok. As for the eating, how many times a day are you feeding him? You could try to space the feedings out a bit more to give him some more time to digest and try feeding right after he's made some room (pooped).

I agree with Drache, no red light and definitely need the basking temps to be higher. If the temperature is too low it may be causing his metabolism to be slow and he may not eat as much as he should. But good thing that'll be taken care of soon :) You could bathe him everyday if he enjoys it in...

Hi! Have you tried feeding her anything besides crickets? Try some hornworms or butterworms. They don't sell those at any of my local pet stores so you may need to order them online. As for something you could get sooner, you could try some wax worms that you can normally find at Petsmart...

Thanks for all the responses! I'm quite impressed with how this honey is working actually. His eye doesn't seem to be bothering him today! It's not swollen either which is great. At this rate it'll be healed up in no time :)

As long as you get the ones that hold at least up to 5 lbs you should be fine. I use the ones specifically made for hanging picture frames but I'm sure the regular ones will work just fine too! :)
