Today my girl mushu crossed the rainbow Bridge. I knew this would happen sooner or later as when I rescued her from a reptile farm she was very sick. I thank my vet for helping me try and make the rest of her life happy and she gave me 2 great years but has now passed and is no longer suffering...
I am having the same problem but mine is worse I'm having trouble getting anything right now including crickets. Where I get them from was declared non essential and closed due to Covid-19 they are reopened now but have to get back on track.
Probably from my experience. But I haven't even properly sexed Mushu yet so I don't know male or female. Last time I tried Mushu was not cooperating then went into rest mode now I'm waiting till bath time this week to take a look..
UVB was replaced last month as per my replacement calendar I have going . As of this morning his/her behaviour is the same as before basking well running around. Mushu even started waving at me this morning after eating albeit a smaller than normal meal.
After talking to my uncle who used to breed dragons he said that all my experience with them was in a warmer climate (BC in Canada) winter is short and not too cold. Now I'm in Alberta long frigid winters he is thinking that could have something to do with it
