So I own 2 beardies, one is about a year and 3 months and the other is about 5 months. But I took a look at my year old+ one, and his tail was looking something that I've never seen before. And his head has been like this for.. 4 months.. not shedding. help?

    Question about my new dragon

at night, right before you go to bed, take the beardie out, and wrap him in whats called a burrito.. (a sock or cloth) which will keep him somewhat warm, and let him lay on your stomach, just so he can feel like he is safe. i did that and still do that with my beardie (who is now about 9 months...

    New owner of a beardie!

Use Repti-Glo 20wt rod light Basking side of the cage should be at about 105 degrees during the day. Lots and Lots of crickets (easily 20-30 a day) You said its 4 years... so thats old enough for repti-sand. You must use a certain kind of repti-sand because some of the sands out there have...

New Member - My First Beardie!

Well I'm glad you got your first beardie, but.. go get some repti-carpet. the newspaper is just... not cool. Wait a couple months and you'll find out if its a boy or girl. You just gotta lift up the tail at about a 90 degree and look and see if theres 2 bumps or 1 bump... fairly simple.

just got a new beardy not sure if she is heathy?

Definitely more crickets for the week. You should feed her as many crickets as she can eat within a 10 minute span 2-3 times a day. (This could be 5 crickets at a time... to 20 crickets at a time.) She's full sized, you could even give her roaches if you really wanted. Make sure her basking side...

    going outside

So i took Camaro outside (2nd time). First time, he wasnt scared at all, this 2nd time, he got so scared he jumped away from me and hid in the corner of my deck... should I not take him outside till he's bigger.. or should I do it more periodically so he can get used to it?

    Eddie and Joey!! :)

Don't stick them next to each other... and never let the baby roam with the bigger one especially if they are both males..

let him warm up, sleep and in the morning try feedin him again. If not, put a worn sock into his cage, so he will find u as a friend (you should already know all of this).

He will start to eat.. but when I got my baby, he went INSTANTLY for the crickets i put in the cage. He won't eat if he's not warm.. so wait till he warms up, and I heard some beardies don't eat when something is watching them, as most animals won't. He will eat, if not, try handfeeding or...
