Yes he does prop his head on alot of things. I thought about that too. He was shedding and pawing at his chin so maybe it is a combination of all that. He doesn't seem painful so I'll try alovera gel and see if it helps heal. Thanks for your help!

My beardie just shed his beard area and there are few black patches. I'm not sure if they are scabs and he possibly could have scratched it when he was pawing at his chin. Has any one experienced this? I did not help him with his shed and he never has problems with shedding in the past. I have...

Do I still give my beardie his Allopurinol and supplements while he's in brumation? He hasn't started bumation yet but I know it's coming soon. He's been on allopurinol and supplements for over a few months now and is doing great.
