Yes it is the exo Terra sand mat. And in my opinion it's the bast of both worlds. Let me tell you how that is. First it's sand so it feel natural to them, second is the sand is glued to the mat and any loose sand fell off when I pulled it out of the box. I have 2 of them so I can change them out...

The sand is glued to the mat for a realistic but safe appearance. Forgot to mention that.

It's not actual sand is a sand mat. And I check it every day to make sure there isn't any loose sand that has come off of it. So that's not a huge concern cuz im taking precautions to avoid that altogether.

I have had my beard for about a month now and all has been perfect BM’s have been normal she has been eating alot full of energy her tank is gradient 105° to 80° with uva and uvb. She eats about half and half between superworms and crickets with the crickets being calcium and vitamin coated once...

Her cage is 105° 110° f on the hot side and around 85° on the cool side. Has uvb and uva lights as well. Her tank isn't that full yet I just put her in the 40 gallon tank so it's pretty bare. But I am not going bioactive till she gets older.
