He doesn't really mind cold weather, if he does get bother by it for too long he will get a black beard or spots. I find it weird how he hangs out in the shadows and can handle cold weather better than me. I let him choose and he chooses to play outside even when it's cold or some snow.. if their body's get below certain temp they can get sick so you just can't keep them outside for long. Gary is conditioned for outside since he was a baby and rarely eats veggies unless he finds them outside. He finds bugs out there too like cicadas and shiet. Gary is hard as fook and the cold doesn't bother him but my other dragons have never been fans just Gary. He just loves being outside doing his natural dragon thing. Been taking him outside in the spring and fall when it's cold for years he doesn't mind at all, when he does get cold he will get a black beard and dark spots and start.moving slower so I put him back. But he seems to have better cold resistance than I do. Which I find amazing for an Aussie living in Canada. Lol
