Tiny white spot!

I just noticed this tiny white spot on Fluffy’s gum. He’s been eating and drinking well but I’m worried about the spot! Any ideas? His top lip is shedding that isn’t his teeth

Looks like there might be the same small dot on the other side too

I also have no tried to clean/wipe it to make sure it isn’t just something there. 1) i dont even know what to use to clean his teeth 2) worried if it is something it could hurt.
