URI in baby beardie?

Hello! Yesterday I got a beardie that I've estimated to be around 5 months old. Every once in awhile, she'll make these clicking noises, which I know are usually possible signs of an URI, though she's not showing any other symptoms and seems to be doing perfectly fine otherwise. No saliva, no drainage, she's still VERY active and eats a ton. She doesn't really breathe through her mouth a lot, though I do notice her opening her mouth for a split second at times, possibly to breathe but at first I believed it to be stress and not wanting me to handle her? There are currently not any reptile vets near me that could get her in until later this week, if even. Her usb is a tube reptisun 10.0 t5 HO and I've made sure her temps are all spot on. She's not my first beardie, but I did think this was odd and wanted more opinions. Thank you!

edit* I did think I should mention, her humidity is always around 40%

I took her to the vet a couple of weeks ago, and they did confirm a URI and prescribed antibiotics, which I gave her and she had just finished with them. She was doing much better, and her symptoms had really died down, but now a couple days after her treatment has been finished, she is already getting worse. Just kind of wheezing and her saliva is very thick, even worse than before she started treatment which worries me. I will call the vet tomorrow to see what they say, but is there anything you guys can think of to maybe help?

Humidity is fine ---- go over basking surface temps please and how your taking them? NO stick ons they are inaccurate and your UVB is this crucial --- coils are inadequate and will cause all kinds of health issues

Basking surface temps have been taken with both a probe and IR temp gun to ensure reliability, and are always 105-110, constantly monitored. UVB is t5 reptisun 10.0 tube that runs along about 3/4 of the tank. Rests on top of the screen, wide holes. No coil bulb.

Ok good make sure you have a piece of decor directly under the uvb 8-10 inches

So Drax is still having difficulty breathing and her saliva is much thicker and is even coating her mouth. She's still very active and very hungry and has regular bowel movements, which I'm happy about, but of course the breathing is very concerning. Husbandry hasn't changed and everything has been confirmed on here to be optimal, so I talked to the vet and told them that he first round of antibiotics didn't help. They prescribed Baytril, which I know is very harsh, so I want to know what the best probiotic choice would be? The vet didn't recommend anything, so I did my research and I've been seeing that Avipro+ is highly recommended, but I can't find anything other than just Avipro, does anyone have a link? Or should I consider something different? I can pick up Manuka honey tomorrow if that is recommended, and Pedialyte too if needed. What do you guys think?

For future reference please check external humidity & internal humidity of the reptile tank.

I had that problem.
If you can go ahead & lower the humidity to 20-30%
See if that works.

They are a dry desert species originating from Australia.

I am still having the same issues. I contacted the vet awhile ago and told her she was still having issues breathing, and she gave me more medicine and evaluated my enclosure and husbandry and confirmed that I am giving proper care and that is not the issue, but I don't know what could be. Her humidity is now 25-30% always and the temps are all still the same. She finished this round of antibiotics and was doing amazing, she handled it wonderfully as well. Her symptoms never fully went away however, and started to get worse as time went on. I have no idea why it keeps coming back, or at least not going away fully. I will contact the vet again, but I am really starting to worry. She has still been very active and eating/pooping well, still fine otherwise. I fear this infection has gone on too long. I will call the vet and see what they say. Does anyone have any ideas why she's having a hard time getting this to go away? After two rounds of antibiotics and vet visits?

I'll repost my setup/husbandry so no one has to go back and search for it.

40G wide tank for now
Basking 105-110 F taken with probes AND temp gun
Cool side: around 85
fed BSFL and dubia roaches; dusted with multivitamins occasionally and probiotics
veggies currently eating are turnip/mustard greens with bell peppers every other day and other veggies often
fed 3-4 times a day at the moment
lights on 6am off 9pm
CHE at night maintains night temp of around 80
Reptisun HO t5 10.0 tube on top of tank, wide hole screen and a hide about 8 inches underneath

her symptoms:
gaping mouth (not just basking)
mucous around mouth; has to be cleaned daily because it builds up
exaggerated breathing
popping noise every so often, hasn't been heard in awhile

Ok lets readjust the UVB - its on top if your screen so lets unobstruct the UVB - we want to make sure shes getting full strength of the rays - open the tank and get the UVB placed directly over the basking area 12 inches from her - everything sounds good but she should of gotten over this by now I would of thought -- I am going to flag Tracie again --- I would also cut the lighting hrs down to 12 --

Okay, thank you! I will get right on this. I'm happy to say she's doing amazing otherwise, and her symptoms are only very slight, which is still worrying since she's had this since i've gotten her a couple of months ago now. She hasn't had drainage for a few days now, her saliva doesn't seem to be as thick, but she is still gaping and exaggerating her breaths. My vet called and said they wanted to test for ADV, so we'll do that too. Thanks for the help! :)

They didn't specify but I am assuming that it's because she hasn't gotten over the URI, and they want to make sure there's nothing messing with her immune system I guess. She doesn't have any other symptoms of it, so I was confused at first, though I know some can be asymptomatic.

Ok lets flag Tracie again and see what she says about the RI and the testing for ADV

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
