My son is a new beardie owner and has a young one for about a month. He started getting black spots on his back and one on top of his eye and now on leg. I googled it and there are so many possible reasons. Can you help?

It looks like some tough shed going on ---- I am gonna have someone else take a look--- go over the surface basking temps what are they and how are you getting them? Digital probes are the best--- also UVB no coils please - they cause so many health issues including the skin / scales ---

I just ordered a hygrometer which will arrive Sunday. I live in Florida and keep my house cold around 70-74. I currently have a heat lamp and a uvb lamp above his basking stick thing. I just consulted with a online vet bc my son is crying and frantic and he seemed to think it is a problem with the environment being too cold and I guess not humid enough. Will it be possible to get it right for spike and still keep the house cool enough?

Dragons need surface basking temps of 105-110 for a baby to 5-6 months after that they need 95-100---digital probe thermometers -- a good UVB NO coils- you want a long tube fixture I can post links for those if you like-- these are imperative to the dragons health - the tank needs 3 temps the basking temps as mentioned 90's in the middle of the tank and 80's during the day --- night time temps nothing below 65 and over 75 cool and dark - optimal humidity in the tank 40-50% -- and I would get a digital probe hygrometer placed on the back center wall - you dont want anything under 20% and over 70% -- I can post a link for that as well -- you can use stick ons for your ambient temps but you need a digital probe for the surface basking temps

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
