Those dail thermometers are not accurate please get a digital probe thermometer to ceck basking temps. For a baby it needs to be 105 to 110.
I can't see the uvb in your pics. If you are using a coil/compact, please get a long tube. The screw in obes that go in the domes are no good. The Arcadia pro t5 desert 12% are good (24 inch) or the ZooMed 10.0 t5, but i have had trouble with the ZooMed fixtures so i use the Arcadia. Otherwise you setup looks nice.
sorry for the late reply, can i find the digital probe thermometer in stores like petco and petsmart and the uvb is a long tube screw on.

Yes, you can get the ZooMed at petsmart for sure, and i think i remember seeing them at petco also.
If the uvb screws in it isn't a long tube, the tube uvb's twist and snap in. They will either have 2 prongs on each end or a little round button type contact.
They will look like this.

I have also been wondering I live in Florida but it has gotten a bit cold recently and I keep my beardie under his basking light where it's hot and I must him every 30min to an hour but ever since September ended he stopped shedding he has a balanced diet and I do need to get a new thermometer and humidity gage for him but the one I have says His humidity is 40-50 is there something I'm doing wrong??

They prefer humidity in the 30-40 % range. If your misting multiple times per day thats WAY to much, unkess they lick the dropplets all it's doing is raising humidity. Contrary to popular belief beardies don't really get hydrated from misting, they actually have to drink the water. Misting may help with shed, but iy dhoukd not be a substitute for oral hydration.

Okay well should i only mist once a day, or just not mist at all i soak his veggies in water over night before he eats them in the morning so should i just let him do his basking.

You can mist, some folks swear by it, but none of mine ever licked the dropplets so i stopped.i use an eyedropper to give my guys water, i mix liquid calcium in it so know they are getting it. I still have to do powder multivitamins though, the liquid stuff smells and tastes horrible and they won't drink if i mix it in. You just have to experiment and see what works best for you.

What i do is get some none citrus fruit punch to give it flavor, it masks the calcium. Just mix in enough to flavor it a little. I have pretty good luck like that.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
