Hey guys! I'll make this question brief. I got a reptile sysems zone 3 t5 unit running diagonally, a repti glow uvb bulb next to a CHE for the basking area and day time ambient temperature. Then i have another CHE set to come on if tenp drops below 75 at night. Now, the way i see it, he's getting ample lighting and the CHE temperatures are spot on daily, yet people have issue with me using them. To me I'm meeting all his needs, what are your guys thoughts? Thanks .

Please get rid of the Repti Glo -- ReptiGlo have been known to cause eye problems and other health issues with bearded dragons, and should be avoided. Please get a regular solid bright white basking bulb examples would be like a Arcadia Halogen or Flukers or Exo Terra or Zoo Med Repti basking bulbs - I do also recommend you change out the UVB bulb to a Reptisun 10.0 T 5 or a Arcadia Desert 12% bulb these are much better bulbs - --- we just need to make sure its correctly placed for your tank along w/ distance - you dont need the CHE unless your tank is falling below 65 at night - you want 3 temps in your tank cool side 80's during the day middle of the tank 90's and basking surface temps 95-100 for a adult/ juvie or 105-110 for a baby and that temp needs to be taken w/a digital probe thermometer -- you want 2 of those in the tank cool side and basking side

I need help. My dragon's light went out but he still has a ceramic heat coil that is doing just fine. I dont get paid for another 2 days and don't have any $ to spare. My corn snake has a light but I don't want to take hers away if I don't have to. What can I do
maybe create your own post for your issues- we need to focus on the original poster

I'm new to using any of this so I'm not sure how. Maybe be more helpful.
On the forums look for issue --- or question for lighting post under enclosures - then go to New Post at top on right - type in the issue then click post thread

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
