My 120 gallong DIY terrarium is done, 4ftx2ftxft measurements. Can i use this to provide uvb? Im mounting it inside the enclosure and how many watts of UVA should i use?

Please exchange the UVB bulb for a Reptisun 10.0 T 5 or a Arcadia 12% bulb --- is this going into a fixture? It should be in a hood / fixture mounted directly over the basking decor 12-15 inches

How big is the hood? I would get a 24" hood/ fixture or a pro T 5 w/ a 12% bulb-- the reptisun should be a 22" bulb

Choices are 22 inches and 34 inches

Not a good brand you want a good uvb- the fixtures I posted are some of the best on the market now--

Can i go DIY for the hood?

You can but you want a reflector - that would be a piece of time foil w/ the shiny part out so the rays reflect-- you want it directly above the basking decor

The 24 is good- you don't want the uvb covering the whole tank- he needs to be able to sit in the tank w/ out hiding from the uvb
