Beardie not eating for 2 weeks

My 4 year old bearded dragon finished a face shed about a week ago and hasn't really eaten in about 2 weeks. I even got horn worms which always cures a hunger strike but he isn't interested at all. The temperatures in the basking spot are upper 90s. We moved the uvb to the inside of the tank instead of on top. We have been giving him baths and he is still pooping. He's had like 4 or 5 poops but hasn't been eating so now I'm concerned he was/is impacted? One of the poops was very large and seemed like he strained to get it out. Hes also been drinking lots of water. He seems pretty low energy and his chin is dark a lot of the time which isn't like him. Ive made a vet appointment but there are not alot of reptile vets available and the soonest I could get is 2 weeks out. I have given him a little bit of baby food. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

How old is he? Babies need higher basking temps 105 to 110. Also how old is your uvb and what are you using for uvb?

He is 4 years old. I have moved the heat lamp a little closer to him now so I'm getting 100 degrees in the basking spot. We are using the reptisun 10.0

Uvb is a long tube or coil? The uvb will effect the appetite-- if it's incorrect they will not eat- surface basking temps should be 95-100 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer- they are the most accurate

It is the long tube, it was changed only a few months ago, we always change every 6 months, but we are going to change it again tomorrow anyway. We do use the digital temp gun to check Temps. He is having small poops every day in the bath and drinking more water than normal. His chin is just staying black as well which is not normal for him. I have been able to give him some butternut squash baby food. I noticed today that his tongue looks a little pale, but idk if thats just me overthinking it. I was able to get a sooner vet appointment but its still 1 week away.

Black beard is not good - distress or pain- where is the uvb and is it the T 8 or T 5? Distance and placement is different between the two bulbs- please get 2 digital probe thermometers the it gun is ok but will not read off of certain materials -

Sounds like it's vet time. It could be something internal that you won't be able to treat at home.
