I would like to know what is the best night light to use for a year old beaded dragon. I have purchased almost 6 zoo med night lights and they all keep going out. My bearded is inside of an 40 gallon tank.. the tank does not get under 70 at night . I’m wondering if he even needs a night light but I want to make sure .

You don’t need a night light. They like darkness at night time to sleep. I even drape mines with blackout curtains so the lights from the 📺 doesn’t bother them since their enclosures are in the living room. The only thing I use at night is a ceramic heat emitter and thas only in the winter. The Che provides heat without giving off and light.

Same here, black out curtains and ceramic heat emitter. Red and blue lights can actually damage their eyes.
Blue light is actually what triggers the body to stop producing melatonin and to wake up. It's horrible for them and us,if we are trying to sleep.

No lights at night please -- they need cool and dark to sleep 65-75 ambient temps

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
