Can you post a pic of the crickets ? Sometimes what the stores sell as small are not quite small enough. I hate to bother you about it but pics are pretty important. It's good that you moved things to make it easier for him to get around, good idea. I know this is hard to deal with so just do your best, it's rough when vet care is so expensive and you have a serious problem.
We are out of crickets that why I haven't posted pictures. Im more upset that I spent from 11pm to 4 am at a vet two hours away from home and left with no answers. But they could answer the bunny case that came in an hour after I was there.

What did the vet say the pain meds were for if they didn't mention a break anyplace? Finding another vet is second to upgrading his tank and lights. Without the proper uvb bulb he will not be able to heal and will only get worse. Also he needs a larger enclosure with proper temps so he can digest the food you give him. I understand money it tight and the lights will be pricy but you can use a storage bin, which I believe was suggested until you are able to get a better enclosure.

Uvb has been upgraded. One pain med is to stop the spams that were happening. The other is an nsaid to get any inflammation under control. There are two heat lamps on the tank to get the temps up to were they need to be. After food for three days we are looking for poop but have found none.

How are you getting surface basking temps? A digital probe thermometer is a must ---- did you move the dragon into a bigger tank? What did you upgrade the UVB too? brand and bulb please I need to help you get it placed for the tank hes in --- screen is going to determine that

I feel so bad for you, the vet charged such a high price and still no answer and at the same time it used up money you needed for new bulbs + enclosure. The thrive bulb is not a good brand but what you CAN do for uvb is get a medium to large plastic storage tote from Dollar Store or Walmart and put your beardie out in the sun for 30-60 minutes when it's sunny but not too hot.

The meds. that Liz is on are hopefully help out with inflammation and pain. Was he having the bad spasms before the meds. were given or after ?

The spasms were before the meds. On the meds Liz has no balance and rolls onto her back very easily.

She's outside for 15 minutes a day. We are working on a bigger tank. They were a pain response. Straight out front legs, head back, spine extremely curved. Would come out of panting hard core. Have not had one since Sunday morning.

You can leave her out for a little longer for good uvb exposure , just set with her in the grass if it's over 80 but you can use a plastic tote with lower temps. since the tote heats up.
Glad to hear there have been no seizures since Sunday, that's progress.!

Hello,

Wow, so sorry for your girl. Getting her outdoors right now daily, will definitely help! I am glad to
hear she hasn't had any seizures for a few days.
I hope you are able to get a better UVB light soon. Unfortunately, most if not all of the coils really
are just weaker bulbs & don't have the proper UVB wavelength. They have thicker scales thus
making it a necessity for them to have a stronger bulb too.

Let us know how she is doing.

So my fiance found a second vet and ran everything by them. They are happy with everything we have done so far for Liz and did not tell us to change uvb lights. As of now we are trying to get her to poop. She has gotten used to my fiance being the one to handle her for all the things she doesn't like so we are changing the routine up a bit. We will have neighbors checking in on her every couple of hours while we are work to make sure she doesn't get onto her back.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
