The only problem I have is I don't have enough to get him that and the job I have has yet to get me work. Is there another just as good?

Which one are you not able to afford? You can get the 24" Zoo Med and use the 5.0 bulb for now -- w/ that bulb please have it unobstructed NO screen and a piece of basking decor directly under it 6-8 inches -- it will work - when you can afford the 10.0 bulb replace it let me know and we can get it placed for the tank -

And with a job not giving me work and looking for a job, I can't give Vader what he needs
The only thing I can tell then is to take Vader outside everyday or every other day for uvb - you can use a plastic tote NO GLASS--- place him in direct sun for like 15-30 minutes depending on how hot it is --- if its really hot you can use partial shade and sun so he can cool but you dont want to leave him alone --- supervise him so you can watch him --- you dont want him over heating -- or something getting him like a bird-- this is going to help him till you get the UVB --- but make that a priority - if you can borrow some money from a parent friend relative etc -- the digital probe thermometers are also extremely important - those are under $10 please get at least one so you can get correct surface basking temps--

I will. I took him outside earlier and slowly he was moving his legs. I massaged his stomach and his back and he pushed out tidbits pf poop and liquid with pee

Ok sound like he's impacted- feed him some plain canned pumpkin w/ a drop or two of olive oil- get him out in the sun - but must have good basking temps of 95-100 where he sits to bask - you need the probe thermometer to get that - the good sun will definitely help

Ok - are buying from the pet store? If so please get yourself a 10 gallon aquarium get some dubia food and dubia dew feed them food you feed your dragon like squash etc look on the nutrition website - order some roaches from here www.dubiaroaches.com go by their chart for size- you want to order the size no bigger than the space between the eyes-- if he's a adult I would get large- I usually get 200 at a time and feed 2-3 times per week along w/ fresh salads everyday- please dust the roaches w/ calcium d3 since you have been using a coil- lightly coat them - it's going to be cheaper in the long run w/ the roaches and less risk for parasites- crickets are a dirty feeder

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
